apologies to Amartya Sen

I baptize the blog 'Argumentative Indians' with all credit due to Amartya Sen and his "'The Argumentative Indian: Writings on Indian History, Culture and Identity." One hopes that the imprimatur of a Nobel adds some substance to the picture of a reason giving and reason taking dimension to Indian practice. One can only hope. In any event, the title is simply too good to resist.
